Summary
This article outlines the standard reports generated via the Wunderkind Platform system. These reports provide information on email/sms events (e.g. clicks, opens, and unsubscribes) and email/sms captures. All data exports are in CSV format.
Data exports can be one-time (typically used for a historical ingestion into a data lake) or recurring (daily/weekly/monthly) for a continuous feed of data. The reports can be sent to an SFTP, Amazon S3 bucket, or a Google Cloud Storage bucket. One time reports can be downloaded directly from the browser.
Please note that the tables being referenced by these data exports are refreshed once daily in our system from 4am-6am EST. This process only occurs once per day so whether the timing of a recurring export is set to 6am or 6pm, the data set will contain the same information.
Any export not listed require explicit approval from the Wunderkind Analytics team.
If your system requires IPs to be whitelisted, please reach out to your Wunderkind representative for the necessary IP addresses.
Data Export Types
Triggered Email Events
The email events export is primarily used to export unsubscribes that are not being sent to your system via API call. These also provide interaction data for our clients sending from the Wunderkind SendGrid instance (sends, clicks, and opens). Please note that if Wunderkind is sending from your ESP, the Sends, Clicks, and Opens within that platform will be the most accurate.

Email Capture Opt-Ins
The email capture export can send users that were successfully submitted via API to your ESP or those that failed (e.g. the endpoint responded with an error or the user was already subscribed).

Text Events
The text event triggered export contains the delivered, unsubscribed, and click events from our Text product.

Text Opt-Ins
The text opt-in report contains all users that were successfully subscribed to your shortcode.

Data Export Creation
Data exports can be one-time (typically used for a historical ingestion into a data lake) or recurring (daily/weekly/monthly) for a continuous feed of data (e.g. new sms subscribers).
- Navigate to Analytics>Data Exports
- https://platform.wunderkind.co/analytics/websites/{{Wunderkind_Website_ID}}/exports
- Select the "Create New" button in the top right corner and select the desired report type and modules to be included in the report
- The options provided allow for a one-time report or recurring. If you would like to send the recurring exports to an SFTP/S3 bucket/GCS bucket. The images below outline the information required for each option. Use the Test Connection button to ensure the details have been entered correctly.

- Once you have completed filling in the required details, click the schedule export button. Your reports will be available shortly after in your selected location.
