Overview Dashboard
The Overview dashboard enables users to easily view high-level trends and performance across different time periods and channels within the new Wunderkind Autonomous Marketing Platform. Users can select different time periods and compare their performance against a previous period or the same time in the previous year using either Wunderkind attribution or Google Analytics attribution, if applicable.

Where can I find the Overview Dashboard?
- The Overview Dashboard is available in the new Platform under the Overview sub-navigation item in Analytics. Use your Connect credentials to log-in.
Which Wunderkind attribution model is used for each channel?

Email and Text: Click + 24 hour
- Click 24 attribution is a model that attributes conversions to any click within a 24-hour window. This means that any interaction a user has with any marketing message within 24 hours of making a purchase will be credited with 100% of the conversion. For example, if a recipient clicks an email and a text message in the 24 hours prior to converting, both the email and text message will receive 100% credit for the conversion. This model helps in understanding the immediate impact of your marketing efforts and provides insights into which channels are driving quick decision-making.

Onsite: All Credit 30
- All Credit 30 attribution is a model that attributes any conversion with 30 days of engaging with an on-site experience. For example, if a website visitor submits to an onsite email capture and returns within 30 days to make a purchase, the onsite email capture campaign will take credit for that purchase.
Do the time periods for Last 7 days or Last 30 days include today’s data?
- No, relative time periods like Last 7 days are exclusive of today’s data.
Why doesn't the Google Analytics data shown in the Overview Dashboard match what I see in Google Analytics?
- Wunderkind syncs data from Google Analytics daily, so there may be cases where the values shown in the Overview Dashboard have not been refreshed and will not match current values shown in Google Analytics. This should be resolved over time as the data syncs on a daily basis.
Why isn't there any Google Analytics data for individual on-demand text sends?
- Wunderkind only syncs Google Analytics data for overall on-demand text revenue and conversions and is not able to provide more granular revenue or conversion break-downs.
What is the earliest date I can use on the dashboard?
- The earliest date available is January 1, 2019. To access data prior to January 1, 2019, Wunderkind recommends using Custom Reports instead.
