The Reports page allows you to easily generate both standard template reports and fully customized reports. Standard Reports provide predefined metrics and dimensions to help you quickly analyze key performance areas — no setup required.
What Are Standard Reports?
Standard Reports are pre-built templates that reflect common campaign use cases. They offer a quick way to get insights without needing to configure the report manually.
Available Standard Report templates include:
- Sends Standard Reports
- Onsite Standard Reports
- Integrations Standard Reports
- Infinite Experiences Standard Reports
- WKND Ads Standard Reports
Each report features:
- A tabular data view
- An accompanying chart visualization

How to Set Up a Standard Report

Go to Analytics
Navigate to the Analytics tab from the main navigation menu.

Open the Reports Page
Click on Reports. If you’ve created previous reports, they will be listed here.

Click "Create New"
In the upper-right corner, click the Create New button.

Select a Standard Template
In the pop-up modal, you'll see two sections:- Start from Scratch (for custom reports)

Standard Templates (predefined report templates)
- Choose a Standard Report Template that fits your needs to instantly generate the report.
Customize Your Report
After selecting a template, you can tailor the report further by:

Naming the Report
Name/Edit the Report name after creating it by clicking on the title of the report in the upper left hand corner -
Setting a Date Range
Filter the data by the time period. -
Changing Groupings
Adjust how your data is grouped — for example, by day, week, or campaign. -
Adding or Removing Metrics
Include only the metrics that matter most to your team.
Share & Schedule Reports
Easily share insights with stakeholders:

Send Now
Instantly email a snapshot of the report to selected recipients in a CSV format -
Schedule for Later
Automate sending the report, either as a one-time send or a recurring send by setting a delivery schedule (daily, weekly, monthly) -
Recipients
You can choose to send the report to single or multiple addresses, including aliases/distribution lists.
The report is not tied to a specific recipient(s). This is editable at any time after creating the report.
