Message API Overview
Wunderkind’s Text Message API empowers our clients to integrate the Wunderkind Text product with their existing workflows; offering subscription management, seamlessly connected data, message orchestration, and additional segmentation capabilities to boost On-Demand sends. The functionality enables marketers to leverage detailed consumer profile and behavioral data within their ESP, CRM, or CDP to build targeted, personalized messages.
Below are some example use cases:
- Use loyalty data to send texts
- I.e., member status or tier, expiring loyalty points, loyalty sign-up, etc.
- Use profile data to send texts
- I.e., target users with a birthday discount, utilize customer name in the message, drive customers towards next-tier subscriptions, etc.
- Drive channel engagement
- I.e., target users that have received an email but have not opened it, target users that have not engaged with any email(s) in the last X days, etc.
- Check subscription status
- Returns the subscription status of provided phone numbers. Submit a list of phone numbers or a CSV file to verify subscription status
- Unsubscribe cell phone numbers
- Unsubscribes cell phone numbers from receiving text messages. Provide a list of phone numbers or a CSV file to unsubscribe.
