Start your AMP setup by creating a user for the Wunderkind team in your Braze account.

In Braze, go to Settings > Company Users > Add new user

• First name: Wunderkind
• Last name: Team
• Email: esp+YourBrandName@wunderkind.co
  • For example: esp+wunderkind@wunderkind.co
• Department: Agency / Third Party
• Select "This user is an admin"

If you prefer not to grant Wunderkind admin-level access, under Workspace-level permissions, Wunderkind must have the below individual permissions per relevant workspace. You can select permissions manually or work from a permission set.

Messaging

• Canvas: View, Edit, and Launch Canvases
• Frequency Caps: View Frequency Capping Rules
• Message Prioritization: View Message Prioritization

Audience

• Duplicate Users: Preview Duplicate Users
• Global Control Group: View Global Control Group
• Segments: View Segments
• User Data: View User Profiles (PII Redacted), Export User Data
• User Event Properties: View User Event Properties

Templates

• Canvas Templates: Select All (View/Edit/Archive)
• Content Blocks: Select All (View/Edit/Archive/Launch)
• Email Link Templates: Select All (View/Edit)
• Email Templates: Select All (View/Edit/Archive)
• Media Library Assets: Select All (View/Replace/Edit/Delete)

Partner Integrations

• Currents Integrations: View and Edit
  • This permission allows Wunderkind to complete the Braze Currents setup needed to send event-level data to our Google Cloud Storage environment

Data Settings

• Catalogs: View Catalogs
• Custom Attributes: View and Edit Custom Attributes
• Custom Events: View Custom Events
• PII: View PII*
• Promotion Codes: View Promotion Codes

Settings

• API Identifiers: View API Identifiers

To help with user investigations, it’s preferred that Wunderkind has the ability to search profiles by email address and custom attributes. Depending on your PII Definitions under Braze Security Settings, this may require granting these PII-related Workspace permissions.
