Using the Notifications Center in Wunderkind’s Autonomous Marketing Platform
Overview
Wunderkind's Autonomous Marketing Platform is built to intelligently optimize your performance and simplify your daily workflow. As part of that, you may receive system-generated notifications that help you stay informed, take action, or understand key events happening in your account.
This glossary serves as a living resource to explain each type of notification you may encounter.
Why does this matter?
Each notification is purposefully designed to support decision-making, encourage best practices, and ensure campaign health. Think of them as your marketing sidekick—there to guide, alert, or nudge you when something deserves your attention.

Zero Visits in Last 24 Hours
|
Triggered when there were no customer visits to the website (or Mobile SDK) in the last 24 hours. | Check your tag placement to ensure no recent changes were made. If unchanged, contact your CSM to investigate further. |
| Zero Abandonment Email Sends in Last 24 Hours | Triggered when no abandonment emails were sent in the last 24 hours | Check your tag placement to ensure no recent changes were made. If unchanged, contact your CSM to investigate further. |
| Zero Welcome Email Sends in Last 24 Hours | Triggered when no welcome emails were sent in the last 24 hours | Check your tag placement to ensure no recent changes were made. If unchanged, contact your CSM to investigate further. |

| Coupon Set Below 20% | Triggered when a coupon set falls below 20% of total codes remaining and needs to be replenished. If the coupon set is not replenished, onsite campaigns will not display a code and email sends using this set will fail once all coupons are exhausted. |
Provide an updated set of coupon codes to CS team to replenish or replace the current set. |
| Coupon Set Below 10% | Triggered when a coupon set falls below 10% of total codes remaining and needs to be replenished. If the coupon set is not replenished, onsite campaigns will not display a code and email sends using this set will fail once all coupons are exhausted. |

| Blank Product Feed Ingested | Triggered when an ingested feed contains blank values in the quantity or ID fields. No catalog sends can be triggered off items with blank values. | Resolve issues where product quantities or ID fields are blank. |
| Non-Numerical Product Feed Quantities | Triggered when a quantity value in the product feed contains a non-numeric value. Catalog sends associated with affected items will not trigger without a numeric quantity value. | Update product feed quantities to only contain numeric values. Visit the Product Feed Requirements guide for additional help. |
| Significant Drop in Product Feed Items | Triggered when a significant drop in the volume of item ID's is detected in the most recent product feed. Catalog send volume will be lower with fewer ID's to trigger from. | Review whether a significant drop in feed items is expected. |
