Logging into the Wunderkind Platform

If you already have a Wunderkind account and know your password:

• Go to platform.wunderkind.co and enter your login credentials.
• You will be directed straight to the Wunderkind Platform.

Creating a Wunderkind Account – All Scenarios

For Shopify Wunderkind app users:

• If you are accessing Wunderkind through the Shopify App, you’ll be directed to the Wunderkind Platform from the app. Use the “Click here to log in or register” button to create your user account. 
  

• Click “Sign up” to create your account and follow the prompts to complete the process.

For current Wunderkind clients who don’t have a platform account:

• Contact someone in your company who has admin permissions for the Wunderkind Platform; admins can create an account for you using the User Management feature.
• Alternatively, reach out to your Customer Success Manager for account creation support.

For current Wunderkind clients with a platform account but have never logged in:

• You should have received a “Welcome to Wunderkind” email with a link to set your password.
• If you don’t have the email or haven’t set your password, go to  https://platform.wunderkind.co/ and select "Forgot Password" to receive a reset link and get started.
   

First-Time Login & Multi-Factor Authentication Setup

Once your password is set—whether through the welcome email triggered by your account admin or via the "Sign Up" workflow for Shopify users—you will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to further secure your account.

On the MFA setup page, you’ll need to use an Out-of-Band (OOB) authenticator app. Popular options include:

• Authy
• Google Authenticator
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Okta Verify

Here’s how to complete the MFA setup:

1. Open your preferred authenticator app on your mobile device.
2. Scan the QR code displayed on the Wunderkind MFA setup page.
3. Enter the one-time code generated by your authenticator app into the Wunderkind platform.

This step helps ensure your account remains secure each time you log in.

Resetting Your Password as an Existing Client

If you are an existing client but don’t remember your password:

1. On the platform.wunderkind.co login page, click "Forgot Password?"
2. You will receive an email with a secure link to reset your password.
3. After resetting your password, navigate to platform.wunderkind.co to log in.

Troubleshooting Tips

If you are running into issues logging in:

• Try clearing your browser cache, then return to the application and attempt to log in again.

If you never received your "Welcome to Wunderkind" email:

• Visit connect.wunderkind.co and choose “Forgot Password?” Follow the instructions to set your password.
