Overview

Wunderkind has introduced a centralized Alert and Notification System within the Autonomous Marketing Platform (AMP). This system is designed to proactively notify users of critical insights, platform alerts, and performance updates, both within AMP and via email to enable quick, informed, and data-driven decisions. 

Where to Access Notifications

Notifications can be accessed at any time within AMP via the bell icon () located in the top-right corner of the top navigation bar. Simply click the icon to view a list of all relevant alerts and messages.

Notifications Dropdown

Within the notifications dropdown, notifications are grouped into three categories, each based on urgency and recommended response time:

• Alerts – Immediate attention required
   
• Warning – Attention needed soon
   
• Info – For awareness and future action
   

This categorization ensures that users can quickly prioritize and respond to the most critical items.

Additionally, within the notifications dropdown, you will see the following three icons:

• Unread only - Click the Unread only icon to filter your notifications list to only show unread notifications.
   
• Mark all as read -  Click the Mark all as read icon to mark all unread notifications as read

• All notifications - Click the All notifications icon to open the notifications dropdown in a new full-page window. 
  • Sort by - Within the full-page notifications window, you can use the Sort by icon to arrange your notifications by date. You can sort in either ascending or descending order.
