The Layouts page provides a complete index of your layouts and enables you to manage, preview, and publish creatives efficiently. The Create Layout button is located at the top right of the page and is used to start new layouts. This feature is covered in a separate article. Create A New Layout

Table Overview
The main table will list all of your layouts and includes the following features:

Select checkbox – Select one or more layouts. Selecting layouts reveals the following action buttons in the table header:
- Duplicate – Create a copy with the option to rename before duplicating.
- Download – Choose to download the creative in JPG, PNG, or HTML format.

Publish – Publishes the creative:
- If not yet linked to a campaign, it will be available to connect.
- If already linked, it will update the campaign with the latest version

Review / Approve – Flags a creative as ready for review:
- Adds a comment bubble with a question mark icon next to the status.
- Any team member can mark the review as complete by selecting Approve review, which removes the icon.
- Review actions do not trigger notifications; they are visual indicators only.
- Archive – Moves selected creatives to the archive; you can unarchive later from the archive section.

Creative name and thumbnail – Click the thumbnail to open a quick pop-up preview.

Status – Indicates the current state of the layout:
- Draft – Work in progress; not yet published from Studio.
- Ready – Published from Studio and may already be linked to a campaign.
- Live – At least one variant linked to a live campaign.
- Archived – Layout archived in Studio; this does not impact campaign states.
- Channel – Email or Onsite module.

Last edited – Timestamp of the most recent edit.
Stoplight “More Options” Menu
The stoplight menu is the action hub that centralizes single creative tasks for layouts at an individual level. You can access this by clicking on the 3 dots to the right of the layout name. The following actions can be done for individual layouts:

Preview
- View in browser – Opens creative in a new browser tab.
- Send test – Enter subject line, preview text, and recipient email to test in an email environment.
- Duplicate – Create a copy with the option to rename before duplicating.
- Rename – Change the layout’s name.

Request review / Approve review – Flags creative for review or marks review as complete.
Filters and Pagination
Above the table, the filter bar allows you to refine your layout view:

Status filter – Draft, Archived, Ready, or Live.
- The status filter is how you can choose to unarchive a layout. To do this:
- From the Layouts page, set the Status filter to Archived to view archived creatives.
- Select one or more layouts using the table checkboxes; the bulk actions bar will appear.
- Click Unarchive to restore the selected layouts to your main list (bulk unarchive is supported).
- Approvals filter – Approved, In review, or Not approved.
Filters from the Status and Approvals groups combine using an AND function.
The table is paginated and will allow you to:
- Select the number of creatives per page.
- Navigate between pages in the bottom right .
- Total creative count displayed under the Layouts page header.
