What is the Autonomous Marketing Platform?

Wunderkind's new Autonomous Marketing Platform applies adaptive learning and decisioning to proactively elevate performance by creating uniquely authentic connections and experiences. This Platform represents the future of Wunderkind’s product strategy, continuously evolving to enhance automation, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.

Applications of the Wunderkind Platform include Studio, Analytics, Experiences, and Audiences. Each component is designed to streamline marketing builds, reporting, and optimization, with ongoing improvements to increase efficiency and impact over time.

What is Wunderkind Connect? When Should It Be Used?

Wunderkind Connect is our text campaign-building platform, serving as a trusted resource for performance insights and text campaign management. While the Autonomous Marketing Platform, including its Studio and Analytics applications, is evolving, Connect remains an important tool for detailed campaign execution.

How to Navigate Between the Platform and Connect

Moving from the Platform to Connect:

1. Navigate to Apps and Integrations in the main menu.
2. Click on Your Apps.
3. Select Connect.

Moving from Connect to the Platform:

1. Click on Platform in the main menu next to Journeys. 

Note: Navigating directly to connect.wunderkind.co will redirect users to platform.wunderkind.co, so follow the instructions above to navigate to Connect from within the Platform.
