AI Abandonment is an AI-powered enhancement to your existing abandonment journeys. This experience allows our clients to:

- Identify the shopper
Once a visitor is identified via PrivacyID, their activity on your site can be associated with a known profile. This enables AI Abandonment to understand who abandoned and what they interacted with.
- Track all site sessions
The system tracks all identified sessions, including cart, product, and category views, as well as abandonment events across those touchpoints.
- Analyze behavior and propensities
AI models evaluate each shopper using signals such as:
- Click propensity – how likely they are to engage with your messages.
- Purchase propensity – how likely they are to complete a purchase.
- Texting thresholds and engagement – how often they should receive text messages, and how they’ve engaged historically.
- Predict the best send time and channel
Using these inputs, AI Abandonment predicts:
- The optimal time to send an abandonment message for that specific shopper.
- Whether to send outreach via email only, or via email plus text, to maximize performance.
