Overview
This Platform guide is designed to help Smart by Wunderkind beta participants edit, manage and monitor their strategies after completing the onboarding process. It covers essential functions within the Platform, including how to navigate the overview dashboard on the Homepage, track performance with Analytics, manage campaigns and edit creatives within Experiences, and adjust key configurations in Settings.

Homepage
Overview Dashboard on the Homepage
The homepage is the entry way into the Wunderkind Platform and provides a snapshot of the performance that Smart by Wunderkind is generating for your website.
- Key Metrics
- Wunderkind attributed revenue: The amount of revenue that can be linked to Wunderkind email campaigns.
- Percent attributed revenue: Percentage of total digital revenue that can be tied to Wunderkind email campaigns.
- Opt-ins: Number of new users who have submitted to a Wunderkind-powered email capture form on your website.
- Opt-in rate: Opt-ins divided by the number of users who have triggered the Wunderkind email capture. As a rule of thumb, Wunderkind does not show users who have already opted-in an email capture form, which is why the rate is not out of total website visits.
- Lookback Windows
- We default to showing these metrics for the last 30 days, but you can control the homepage metric time frame by clicking on the date selector and choosing the time frame you would like to examine. Selecting a new date range will update the entirety of the homepage.
As you scroll down the page, you can view trending charts for both email and onsite metrics. These sections allow you to gain a deeper understanding of how Smart by Wunderkind is scaling sends, customer engagement, and revenue.
Experiences
The Experiences app enables you to view the strategies (e.g., cart abandonment emails) that you have access to with Wunderkind. In this app, you can toggle individual email and onsite strategies on and off in the event a strategy needs to be paused.
How to Edit Your Brand Kit and Experience Creatives
In this app, you can also preview your experience creatives and settings. Reference the below Help Center articles to learn more about editing the styles and copy of your creatives in Studio and updating your brand kit.
How to Enable and Disable Strategies

To view your active strategies, or turn a strategy on/off, select "Experiences" on the left hand side. Email strategies are listed under "Triggered messaging" and onsite strategies under "Sign-up forms."
- Use the toggles on the left to disable and enable your strategies.

Apps and Integrations
The Integrations hub allows you to modify the configuration of your Wunderkind integrations.
- Updating your Klaviyo API key: If you accidentally delete the API key you provided during the set up process, you can click into this section to save a new API key. Note that it may take a few minutes to populate through the system.
- Updating your email submit destination: If you would like to switch the destination of your Wunderkind email submits, you can do so in the Klaviyo page.
Coming soon: In the future, within Apps and Integrations, you'll be able to switch your ESP or add additional integrations to further leverage the power of the Wunderkind Platform.
